Johnny Marroquin brings a dynamic blend of business acumen and coastal cool to Los Cabos, and is a real estate advisor for The Agency in Los Cabos. After 16 successful years in Austin, Texas, where he launched his real estate career in commercial real estate, Johnny followed his heart (and the waves) to the southern tip of Baja. In his first year as an agent in Cabo, he closed over $6 million in real estate sales, quickly establishing himself as a rising force in the market.
Throughout his sales career, he has also pursued his passion as a professional musician, earning multiple placements on MTV, ESPN, and The X-Games—an experience that sharpened his sense of branding, creativity, and the power of personal connection—qualities he brings to every real estate transaction.
